Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using the ExpertsGrow website and for working with ExpertsGrow on web, design, marketing and automation projects. By using our website or hiring us, you agree to these terms.
01Our Services
ExpertsGrow provides website design and development, WooCommerce and Shopify stores, SEO, branding, social media marketing, automation, web tools and mobile apps. The exact scope of each project is described in the proposal, package or written agreement we share with you.
02Quotes, Packages and Scope
Prices, deliverables and estimated delivery times are set out in the package or quote you accept. Delivery times are estimates and depend on how quickly you send content, feedback and access details. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.
03Your Responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, the content and files we need, and timely feedback. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all text, images, logos and other material you give us.
04Payments
Payment terms, including any deposit or milestone payments, are stated in your quote or invoice. We may pause work while a payment is overdue. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, plugins or licences are not included unless the quote says so.
05Ownership and Intellectual Property
Once a project is paid for in full, you own the final deliverables we created specifically for you. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and tools stay under their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio.
06Revisions and Approval
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in the quote. Feedback should be sent in writing. Once you approve a deliverable, further changes may be treated as new work.
07Third-Party Services
Our work can rely on third-party platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, payment gateways, hosting providers and analytics tools. We are not responsible for changes, outages or policies of those providers.
08Limitation of Liability
We work carefully, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as search rankings, traffic or sales. To the extent allowed by law, ExpertsGrow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
09Cancellation and Refunds

10Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the moment it is posted.
11Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
