Shipping and Delivery

01How We Deliver

All work is delivered digitally. Depending on the service, delivery means one or more of the following:

• Your website, store or web tool is built and published on your hosting or domain.
• Design files, logos and brand assets are shared through a download link or by email.
• Reports, content and campaign material are shared through email or a shared online folder.
• Mobile apps are submitted to the app stores or delivered as agreed in your project quote.

02Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown on each package, for example one week for the Starter package, two weeks for Growth and three weeks for Expansion. Custom projects receive an estimated timeline in the quote. The clock starts when your order is confirmed, payment has been received and we have the content and access details we need.

03Order Confirmation

After you place an order and your payment is received, you receive a confirmation by email or message that states your package or service, the amount paid and the next steps.

04What We Need From You

Delivery depends on you sending your content, logos, images, login details and feedback on time. Delays on your side move the delivery date by the same amount of time.

05Delays

If something outside our control affects the timeline, such as a hosting or platform problem, we tell you as soon as we know and give you a new estimate.

06Handover and Acceptance

When a project is ready we share it with you for review. After you approve it, we complete the handover, including access details where needed. Revisions follow the terms in your package or quote.

07No Physical Shipping

Because our services are delivered online, there are no shipping charges, couriers or tracking numbers. Delivery costs nothing extra.
