Refund and Returns Policy

ExpertsGrow provides digital services, so there are no physical goods to return. This policy explains when you can cancel a project and when a refund may apply.

01Before Work Starts

If you cancel before we have started any work, you can ask for a refund of any payment you made, less any payment-processing fees and third-party costs we have already paid on your behalf.

02After Work Has Started

Once work has begun, payments cover the time and effort already spent. If you cancel part-way through a project, we will review the work completed and any milestones delivered, and refund only the portion that has not been used, as agreed in your quote.

03Completed Work

When a project has been delivered and approved, the payment for it is not refundable. We will still fix any defect in the agreed deliverables at no extra charge.

04Revisions

If something does not match the agreed scope, tell us in writing. Our first step is always to correct it through the revision rounds included in your package.

05Third-Party Costs

Domains, hosting, premium plugins, themes, licences, advertising budgets and similar costs paid to other companies are not refundable by us, because they are paid to those providers.

06Subscriptions and Care Plans

Ongoing services such as maintenance or marketing retainers can be stopped before the next billing period. Amounts already billed for a period in progress are not refunded unless the agreement says otherwise.

07How to Request a Refund

Send your request through our contact form with your name, project and the reason. We will review it and reply during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Approved refunds are paid back using the original payment method where possible.

08Disputes

If we cannot agree, please contact us first so we can look for a fair solution. Your rights under applicable law are not affected by this policy.
